Seems to me all positions of leadership in this country, corporate and political, are inhabited by people that basically behave like children with bad parents. There is no accountability, lot's of selfishness, and lot's of excuses that no one ever calls them out on (or at least, there are no repercussions when they are called out). If people (kids) get away with bad behavior, the behavior will be repeated. Seems like Psych 101 to this smooth brained ape.
